At The Movement Space, we make a point to differentiate ourselves from having a normal gym or PT studio environment. There is no boot camp, crossfit or high impact training.We are all about getting the foundation right from the begining to make sure you don’t keep having those frustrating, persistent & niggly injuries & it allows us to guarantee all of your training sessions are going to be safe and appropriate for where your body is at.
We have a number of movement training options to suit your current physical condition, goals and budget. Our most popular option is weekly 1on1 training, however we do offer semi-Private and casual sessions. We will soon be launching Group Movement Training.
